Applying Professional Scrum

Overview

The Applying Professional Scrum (APS) course is a hands-on, activity-based training that introduces participants to the principles and practices of Scrum. It provides a better way of working, emphasizing experimentation, incremental value delivery, feedback loops, and strong team dynamics.
