Overview
The VeriSM™ Professional certification validates in-depth capabilities in implementing VeriSM™: creating Management Meshes aligned to organizational portfolio, principles, and governance; and leading products or services through the Define, Produce, Provide, and Respond stages within a digital transformation context.
Objectives
By the end of this course, leaner will be able to:
- Build and adapt a Management Mesh based on organizational needs
- Lead product/service lifecycle using the Define → Produce → Provide → Respond framework
- Translate strategic digital transformation goals into operating environments
- Apply digital leadership, governance, and strategic service management principles
Prerequisites
- EXIN VeriSM™ Foundation certification or equivalent understanding of the VeriSM™ model and basic principles is highly recommended.
- Practical experience in service/product management and digital transformation initiatives.
