Overview
This course equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow’s IT Service Management (ITSM) applications. Upon completion, attendees will be prepared to undertake the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) exam.
