The Certified Master Architect (CMA) program is an elite training and certification designed to develop advanced skills in ServiceNow architecture. This rigorous 22-week program combines live bi-weekly webinars, immersion events, assessments, and cohort activities to prepare professionals for leading complex ServiceNow implementations.
Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Prerequisites
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Any two additional Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow consulting experience
- Experience as a technical lead in more than six large-scale ServiceNow customer engagements
