- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Any two additional Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow consulting experience
- Experience as a technical lead in more than six large-scale ServiceNow customer engagements
