Overview
The CWS-255: Citrix DaaS Deployment and Administration course equips IT professionals with the skills to design, deploy, and manage Citrix DaaS environments. Participants will learn to migrate from on-premises Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops to Citrix DaaS, configure Citrix Cloud Connectors, manage resource locations, and deliver secure apps and desktops via Citrix Cloud.
Objectives
By the end of this course, leaner will be able to:
- Understand the differences between Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2402 LTSR on-premises and Citrix DaaS.
- Install, configure, and manage Citrix Cloud Connectors.
- Create and provision Citrix DaaS workloads.
- Deliver and secure app and desktop resources for end users.
- Migrate from on-premises Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops to Citrix DaaS.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Citrix DaaS deployments.
Prerequisites
- Strong foundational knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, policies, profiles, networking, and hypervisors.
- Prior attendance in CVAD-201 is recommended.
